How did UrbanFox come about?
UrbanFox was unveiled on 24th October 2017, but is not new to the industry. Formerly known as Courex, she was founded in 2009, mainly operating as a Courier service company. Over the years, Courex has evolved into an end-to-end urban logistics expert that provides reliable and economical solutions to help businesses maximize its sales potential. We offer warehousing, multi-channel commerce and delivery solutions.
UrbanFox has come a long way since its early days and is now a subsidiary of Keppel Logistics, and works closely with its parent company to leverage on mutual strengths. With Keppel's extensive regional network and UrbanFox’s nimbleness, we are excited about its regional prospects and the growth potential it is able to provide to its customers.

Joe oversees the strategic direction of the Singapore-based third-party logistics company providing last-mile delivery, channel management, international shipping and warehousing. The company counts many major companies such as Kao Singapore and Mondelez among their clients. Today, it is rapidly growing with over 60,000 sq ft of warehouse space and 10,000 crowdsourced drivers under its management.
Head of Operations
Started her career in 2003, Qiuling has accumulated plenty of work experience revolving around Operations, Supply Chain and Project Management.
Besides managing operations of different verticals, she has led a team of supply chain experts to translate business requirements into deliverable solutions and drive continuous improvement projects to identify cost savings and service enhancements opportunities. She has also spent several years overseas to execute and oversee new project implementation and to also manage the local operations.
As Head of Operations in UrbanFox, she will oversee daily operations of the company and ensure all program initiatives align with the company’s vision and core values.
Head of Sales & Marketing
A veteran in the digital world since 1998 and having gone through technology boom, doom and revival, Danielle’s working experience spans technology, project management, digital marketing, brand and retail marketing to entrepreneurship. She has worked with companies like Borneo Motors, EpiCenter, Singapore Tourism Board and HP, involving digital transformative projects, IT operations and digital marketing.
She had also started her own business, FashionSpace.com, an online publishing and affiliate marketing platform. Outside work, she is an artist who specialises in acrylic painting and occasionally tinkers on the piano. She loves animals, especially her dog, Sparky.
Head of Finance
Vincent is responsible for the company's full spectrum of financial functions, including financial and management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, compliance with corporate, legal, tax, and accounting requirements. He has more than 7 years of experience in financial auditing and accounting.
He is also a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA Singapore) and graduated from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA UK).
Head of Regional Strategic Business Development
Martin has been involved in setting up new warehouse operations and logistics projects throughout South East Asia such as Indonesia and Vietnam. Currently, his strategic role is to assess the feasibility of business opportunities in South East Asia and head UrbanFox's regional expansion.
He graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) and has over 10 years’ experience in supply chain costing, logistics, operations, and project management.
